General

We accept all major cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa debit cards, Ali pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Interact. All transactions are cashless and paperless. For both security and administrative reasons, we do not accept any form of cash payments (only cash tips for drivers are allowed).

Delivery charges are based on the distance between Point A (your pick-up location) to Point B (your delivery location) and the quantity of items.

TR Couriers provides service across the Lower Mainland.

Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Delta, Langley, White Rock, Coquitlam, Port Moody.

TR Courier drivers will take photo for every delivery, as well as signature if recipient allow.

Econo (6 Hours)

  • Our driver will pick-up and delivery within 6 hours of the selected Ready time.

Rush (4 Hours)

  • Our driver will pick-up and delivery within 4 hours of the selected Ready time.

Priority delivery (2 Hours)

  • Our driver will pick-up and delivery within 2 hours of the selected Ready time.

*Please note delivery time are an estimate, our driver will commit their best effort to deliver within the given time. However, some times delay do occur depending on Traffic/Road condition and unexpected delays. We will contact you in advance to update you on any delays in the delivery.

Hot Zones : Delta, Coquitlam, North-West Vancouver, Langley, Mapleridge, Whiterock could take an extra hour depending on traffic and road conditions.

 

Yes, we offer discounts based on the estimated monthly volume, once you register an account on our website; our staff will contact you to learn more about your business and needs. Afterwards we will be able to provide you with an VIP account with discounted rates based on the information.

VIP accounts are invoiced monthly, and the term is NET30 (Invoice are due within 30 days after received.)

Non-VIP accounts requires payment for every single delivery booking.

For Businesses, please contact us directly if you wish to switch to monthly invoice after the first month.

Discounts are automatically set up in your account, once you place the booking the rate shown will reflect the discounted price. To check your discount %, please check under account information and it will show the discount % provided for your account.

    • Delivery and Pick up Timeframe are based on what is shown and selected during the booking process on our website, If you require special times that is different than what is listed you must contact us to confirm prior to booking the delivery, we will try our best to accommodate; if we are able to it will be changed to priority pricing or higher depending on the specific request which we will let you know in advance.  For example : Delivery before x time, pick up after x time, deliver after x time, pick up before x time, that are not the same as you selected on our website.

Yes, we do offer personal delivery services. Whether you need a one-time personal delivery or anticipate needing our services in the future, we’re here to cater to your individual delivery needs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your items are delivered safely and promptly.

Pick up & Delivery

All delivery items must have the name and address same as the information on the booking on the item where it is visible to our couriers to avoid any issues with the delivery.

Late deliveries sometimes occur due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, such as dense traffic. We will contact you in advance to update you on any delays in the delivery.

The person creating the order will not be notified upon pickup or delivery. However, the contact number provided in the booking will receive ETA when our driver is on the way along with a tracking link which they will be able to track and view the live location of our driver. As well as in the account under “shipment tracking” you can view the status of the order. Once the package is picked up the status will change to On The Way, once it has been delivered it will change to complete.

Our couriers will request signature upon delivery; however, it is totally up to the recipient if they wish to sign for it. We also have contact-less signature, which recipient will receive through text message along with the delivery notification where recipient can sign on their phone conveniently.

All delivery status will be available in your account under “shipment tracking”, once our driver picks up the order it will show as on-the-way. Once delivered the status will change to completed.
